Bartolomeo Commazio (born ca. 1439 in Bologna, died on 4 August 1485 in Perugia) was a dominican inquisitor and Master General of his order.

He entered the Order of Preachers in his native city of Bologna on 23 January 1456. For a long time he studied theology in bolognese Studium Generale and on the University of Bologna. In 1476 he graduated Master of Theology. Then he served as prior of the convent of S. Domenico in Bologna (1476-77 and 1479-80). Between 1477 and 1479 he was vicar general of the Congregation of Lombardy.

On 7 June 1478 Pope Sixtus IV named him inquisitor of Bologna and dispensated him from the canonical requirement of being at least 40 years old to assume this function. In 1481 he condemned to death as heretic certain Giorgio di Monferrato.

In 1484 he was elected Master General of the Order of Preachers. He occupied that post until his death in the next year, at the age of ca. 46.
